De obegränsade använder sig av den uråldriga drömalviska trolldomsarten som handlar om drömmar, ljus och härskande.
En obegränsad klär sig ljust och bär gärna ädelstenar i håret. Nästan alla obegränsade är drömalver och de lämnar sällan Stjärntronernas land. Varför skulle de det?

Bakgrund: Detta kan vara den äldsta trolldomsarten. Redan under Fåglarnas tid användes obegränsning av en del åskalver vilkas ättlingar senare blev de första drömalverna. Grundfilosofin är sammanvävd med drömalvernas och Stjärntronernas huvudprinciper: andlig makt och förakt för det materiella.

Memorera magi: Istället för trollformelsamling förbereder och lär sig de obegränsade besvärjelser genom att sitta i stjärnljus och meditera under motsvarande tid. Solljus går också bra, men det måste vara direkt och naturligt sol- eller stjärnljus.
För andra besvärjelser än obegränsning måste en vanlig trollformelsamling införskaffas och användas. En obegränsad har inte automatiskt en sådan.
